Spelt biscuit with a filling (38%) of beetroot, dandelion root and apple tree

Positive effects:

  • Without palm fats.
  • Suitable for pregnant women to supplement folic acid, a deficiency of which is associated with miscarriage, low birth weight of the newborn and neural tube defects.
  • Source of fiber – positively affects digestive processes and intestinal peristalsis.
  • It has a positive effect on the immune system and improves metabolism.
  • It does not contain lactose.

Composition:

whole grain spelt flour 22.7%, vegetable fat (rapeseed oil, coconut fat, fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil, emulsifier /mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids/), date syrup, fructose, dried dates, dried beetroot 6.7%, dandelion root 2.1%, pumpkin seeds 2.3%, fat-reduced cocoa, dried egg yolk, vegetable butter fat, dried blackcurrants 0.6% (blackcurrants, sugar, sunflower oil), apple leaves 0.2%, raising agents (potassium tartrates, sodium and ammonium carbonates), flavourings, acidity regulator (malic acid), antioxidant (rosemary extracts), folic acid .

May contain peanuts, nuts, soy and sesame.
